HOBOKEN, N.J.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Jeff VanNote (30) and partner Zack Evans (32) got an early Christmas present this year, after a 5 month process to build out the foundation to their first Real Estate App, Home Buyer Huddle, which is now in both the iTunes APP store and Google Play store.

“Building out this APP and platform was torture. I am one of the most impatient people in the world and back in July I had no idea what I was getting into… but with the help of great people, and our great team, we brought our idea to life,” says VanNote.

The mortgage and real estate industry have been rapidly changing for the last decade with apps like Zillow and Trulia, as technology has poured millions of dollars into this industry, like many others. The great recession, which hit many Americans and real estate related professionals very hard, developed a much different way of doing business. Many of the industry players got out of the business, and many new people, without experience, wanted to get into the business, saw an entry point, and got in.
